2323 on a TGIF
I just cooked curry!!! Singapore curry!! Let me tell you what have i done..
1) Chopped up onions. Use a little bit of Olive Oil. Stir fry the onions till flavoured.
2) Add two tablespoons of curry powder with meat. About five seconds later, add water, but not too much.
3) When the water is boiling, add the whole lot of yoghurt into the curry.
4) Stir it until the whole curry thingy is evenly distributed.
5) Add thyme. When it is about to be served, add a little bit of flour mixed with water.
6) Add milk.
I cant wait to show you, how does my end product looks like! It is super! Super delicious, super tasty, and both the taiwanese and i cannot help but to finish the whole curry up as soon as possible! Maybe next time ba! I will remember to bring my camera along with me when i am making curry!!! hahaz
